We take a unique approach to selling properties. Rather than solely selling to owner occupiers, we also market properties as investments to but-to-let-landlords. We can sell properties with existing tenants in place, meaning you get a rental income up until the property is sold. As we specialise in investment properties and are not a national franchise so we have a much smaller portfolio for sale at one time, meaning we offer a much more personal service. 

Our approach
Homesure is a young, exciting company and strive to offer a superior service than our competitors.  We understand the sales market has totally changed in recent years – there has been a move away from expensive high street premises with massive overheads (which get passed on to clients), to a more technology based, online strategy.  This environment is much faster moving. Clients expect details to be emailed straight away – not posted out.  Clients don’t walk around offices at the weekend - they look at properties online.  They ask to see Home Reports before even viewing properties.  The change in the way people buy property requires a fresh, modern approach. 

Investor database
We have an ever increasing database of investors waiting to buy investment property, none of which are in a chain. They are effectively cash buyers resulting in fewer problems and quicker sales. We often arrange visits by investors from all over the UK and spend a day showing them our properties. No other estate agents will pick potential buyers up from the airport and drive them around showing them your property; they will simply advertise it and turn up for viewings.

Office locations
We have town centre offices in both Ayr and Kilmarnock, which effectively covers the Ayrshire and Glasgow areas. As well as extensive online advertising, these offices act as bases to showcase properties to our investors who travel up to view investment properties.
