Portfolio management
We do not just sell investments; we offer 'portfolio management'. Portfolio management is the holistic approach to increasing and developing a property portfolio. The approach taken will be different for each investor; some may look for capital growth, some an income, but we will advise on how to manage your portfolio, depending on how you wish to develop it.
There are no extra fees for this service; we gain from selling properties for our clients, which eventually work towards growing the number of rental properties under Homesure's management. By offering this extra service and taking the time to help clients strategically build their portfolios, we aim to build solid, lasting relationships with all our landlords.
We will only be offering properties as investments that will fit in with a portfolio strategy of our investors. Although this differs from client to client, the principles are the same - it must be:
- lettable
- manageable
- an investment (long or short term)
Both our sales and lettings departments work together to ensure the balance of properties within a portfolio match what the landlords investment strategy. Having both a estate agent and a letting agent evaluating advising on your portfolio means that every aspect is covered.
