This is ideal when you already have a tenant in place or have already selected one. This option is especially relevant if you are thinking of a friend or family member. It includes all tenancy documents that you need to legally set up and manage a tenancy. The new tenants can visit the office to ensure that everything is completed correctly.

Tenant Introduction Service

A 15-word advert in the local press will cost around £50. For the same price Homesure can market your property not only locally but nationally and internationally. All this can be done within 1 hour of receiving the information. If you are happy preparing the tenancy documents and handling the tenancy yourself, then this option is for you.
