At Homesure we like to be very clear and set expectations in advance. These days there are so many ways to contact businesses (mobile numbers, twitter, whatsapp, Facebook – the list goes on and on!). If you don’t get a reply on other methods, please don’t be upset or offended, we simply focus our efforts on these two methods to ensure nothing is missed.
Contacting your Property Manager

The first hour in the morning is really important so they take 9-10am each day to get all the “must do” jobs out of the way, the jobs that need to be done every day without fail. Therefore the property managers will not be available between 9-10am each day. We politely request that you do not call them before 10 am as reception know not to transfer calls. Obviously you can leave a message if it is urgent and they will get back to you as soon as they can.
We request that the primary method of communication is by email, this way there is a record of everything sent and received – really important in the property world – and it also means you can hold us accountable for anything we write.
Service level targets
- That no calls go to voicemail during the day (unless you request to leave a voicemail for a specific member of staff)
- All overnight voicemail’s are answered by 11:00 am the next working day
