We do not compete on price; we let others offer 6 months free management or other discounts. We compete on quality, and you don't give quality away for free. However our fees are value for money and are transparent. We only charge a monthly percentage of rental income received; we do not charge initial fees or any fees between tenancies. This means you do not pay Homesure any fees until your property is successfully let. Ask other agents what additional fees they charge and compare the difference with Homesure.
