We specialise in selling buy-to-let investment properties. As we will hope to be managing the property after we sell it, we would never sell a property that doesn't work as a buy-to-let property. We cannot take a "sell and forget" approach like traditional estate agents as there will be a relationship for years after the sale.
Free Portfolio Management advice
Portfolio management is the holistic view of the management of your properties as you grow your portfolio. It encompasses all the processes, procedures, structures and strategies involved in the purchase and ongoing management of your portfolio. The approach taken will be different for each investor, some may look for capital growth, some an income and some a balance of both. Homesure will advise on how to manage your portfolio, depending on how you wish to develop it. As Homesure hope to eventually manage any properties we sell, we will only recommend properties that will let well and fit in with your overall investment strategy.
Tenanted properties
We always try to ensure properties are sold with a tenant in place. This gives the buyer an income from day one, often from a tenant who has lived in the property for years. If you buy a property for a normal estate agent, you often need to wait until you get the keys before you can start advertising the property and start viewings, this could mean the property could be empty for around 6 weeks until a tenant is secured - empty properties do not earn money.
