Scott Weir - Director

Scott is the founder and manager of Homesure. He has many years experience in residential lettings and is currently completing his MBA as well as continuously gaining letting industry qualifications.

Scott is passionate about letting and aims towards ensuring Homesure offers the highest levels of service to landlords and tenants.

Scott believes that by focusing solely on residential lettings, rather than also selling houses or practicing law, that Homesure can build on its reputation for quality and sustain its position of Ayrshires best letting agent.

Louise - Portfolio Manager

Louise has a background of managing a busy letting office in the heart of Liverpool and brings with her a wealth of experience. She manages all aspects of her specific portfolio of properties.

Being both a Landlord and a tenant, Louise has a good solid understanding of the industry and the service expected by Landlords from their letting agent.

Fabulous Deborah is a graduate with a passion for property (and dogs!). She is bubbly and enthusiastic and enjoy the challenge of being a portfolio manager.

Sineadh comes from a property background and brings with her a wealth of experience. Her strengths include customer service and organisational skills.

She has excelled in a short period of time and has quickly taken on extra responsibilities.

Jim conducts viewings, carries out period property inspections and deals with any troubleshooting that occurs.

Jim is warm, friendly and has a people orientated outlook. Everybody likes Jim!

She brings with her skills in bookkeeping, proof reading, IT, customer care and excels in paper management and time management.

Duties include: office security, collecting rent arrears and helping with evictions.
