We understand that changing agents can be awkward so we try to make it as easy as possible for landlords. Homesure has a unique system that allows landlords to swap agents with just one signature. It really is as easy as that. Homesure will do all of the following:
- Communicate with your current agent
- Visit the existing tenant
- Arrange transfer of the tenants deposit
- Prepare new tenancy documents
- Arrange new standing order for the tenant
- Smooth out any problems
